La Fab. agnès b.: a new cultural place in the 13th district!

On February 2, 2020, agnès b. inaugurated La Fab., a "cultural and solidarity factory" installed in a vast building designed especially for her by the agency SOA Architects. Jack's Hotel is very proud to welcome this prestigious neighbor.

Leave the hotel, head towards the Seine and reach the Place Jean-Michel-Basquiat. It is here, in this district of the 13th arrondissement that is experiencing a cultural and architectural boom, that La Fab. d'agnès b. is located. A multi-faceted place, La Fab. is like its owner, wearing many hats: stylist, patron, collector...

Here, the actions dear to the designer's heart are honored: artistic creation, solidarity and the environment.

Here you will find elements of agnès b's collection in the form of temporary exhibitions . This eclectic and atypical collection includes 5,000 pieces of contemporary art. The opening exhibition, visible until May 23, 2020, is dedicated to the theme of boldness.

The Galerie du Jour, opened in 1984 on Rue du Jour, also has its place there. "I wanted to make a gallery to show what I like", says agnès b. One walks around as in a house where everything would be for sale: paintings, sculptures, photographs, some furniture...

Finally, don't pass the first floor without stopping at the bookshop of the day, an art bookshop where meetings, signatures, conferences will be organized...

But La Fab. is also a place of solidarity! You will learn all about the social and solidarity actions supported by the agnès b. endowment fund and about the environmental actions of agnès through the Tara Ocean Foundation.
